You can regenerate all the sizes you have just created and choose which one you wanted to regenerate and use the generated sizes directly into your galleries, posts and insert images at the right size!
This tool allows you to regenerate the thumbnails for your image attachments. This is very handy if you’ve changed any of your thumbnail dimensions after previously uploading images or have changed to a theme with different featured post image dimensions.
WordPress does only generate the image in different sizes when you upload an image.
You can either regenerate the thumbnails for all image uploads, individual image uploads, or specific multiple image uploads.
